Started Workflows by User

The Jobs I've Started tab displays a list of workflows initiated by the user. This screen allows users to view their started workflows, whether they are still in progress or completed.

Using the Jobs I've Started Tab

  1. Viewing Initiated Workflows:

    • When the Jobs I've Started tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, the list of workflows initiated by the user is displayed.
    • The list shows the process name, status, and start date.
    • By default, only workflows started in the last 15 days are displayed.

  2. Filtering and Searching Workflows:

    • Specific workflows can be searched using the search bar in the top-right.
    • The list can be sorted based on process name, status, or date.

  3. Accessing All Initiated Processes:

    • Workflows started in the last 15 days are displayed by default, while older records can be accessed via the History > Jobs I've Started tab.
    • This tab provides access to previously initiated workflows and their details.

  4. Viewing Process Details:

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens its details.
    • The opened panel displays the process status and its current progress within the system.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view workflows they have initiated.
  • Filtering: Workflows can be filtered and sorted based on specific criteria.
  • History Records: Previously initiated workflows can be accessed via the History > Jobs I've Started tab.
  • By default, only workflows initiated within the last 15 days are displayed. For older workflows, use the History > Jobs I've Started tab.
  • The search bar can be used to quickly find specific workflows.
  • The progress of initiated workflows can be tracked by reviewing process details.
