List of Pending Workflows by Process
The Process Detail Panel is a screen that lists pending approval workflows within a process. This screen allows users to view process details and review assigned tasks.
Using the Process Detail Panel

Viewing Process Details:
- When a process is selected from the Pending Tasks Process List, the related pending tasks appear in the Process Detail Panel.
- This panel displays all pending tasks within the selected process.

Table Features and Usage:
- By default, the following columns are displayed:
- Process Number
- Request Number
- Created By
- Status
- Request Date
- The list is sorted in descending order by Request Date and grouped accordingly.

Searching and Filtering Data:
- A search bar allows users to search within all columns.
- Column-based filtering enables users to refine results based on specific criteria.
- Column Selector allows users to hide unnecessary columns or add additional ones.
- Clear Filters resets any applied filters.

User-Specific Table Customizations:
- Users can customize table settings through My Account → Table Settings.
- To reset all customizations, the Reset All button can be used.

Opening a Workflow Form:
- Clicking on the magnifying glass (view) icon in the list opens the corresponding workflow form in a new panel.

Completing Workflow Tasks:
- The opened Workflow Form contains action buttons based on the user's assigned role. Depending on permissions, users may edit or only view the form.
- Users can proceed with tasks using buttons like Approve, Reject, Save, or Sign.
- If Fast Approve is enabled, tasks can be completed without opening the form.
- In workflows with Fast Approve, a three-dot (...) button appears when hovering over the first column.
- Clicking this button displays available actions such as Approve, Reject, or Sign.
Authorization and Usage Conditions
- Authorization: Users can only view processes assigned to them.
- Filtering and Search: Workflows can be filtered based on date, user, or status.
- Form Access: Only authorized workflows can be opened and processed.

- Processes may contain different variables depending on configuration. Additional columns can be added using the Column Selector.
- Filters applied remain active during the session and are saved per user.
- Sorting and grouping in the table allow for structured viewing of tasks.
