History of Workflows by User

The History tab displays a list of workflows and processes that the user has previously completed. This screen allows users to view past transactions and access their details.

Using the History Tab

  1. Viewing Past Workflows:

    • When the History tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, a list of workflows previously completed by the user is displayed.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are shown. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.

    • Approvals: Displays workflows that the user has previously approved or rejected.
    • Information: Displays processes where the user was included for informational purposes.
    • Jobs I've Started: Lists workflows initiated by the user that have been completed.

  3. Filtering and Searching Past Workflows:

    • The search bar at the top right allows users to find specific processes.
    • The list can be filtered by process name, approval date, status, or other criteria.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by modifying the date filter.

  4. Accessing Workflow Details:

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens its detailed view.
    • The workflow history can be reviewed, showing the steps the process has gone through.
    • The user can see their completed tasks and track the progress of the workflow.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view past workflows that they were assigned to or initiated.
  • Date Filter: By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.
  • Process Details: Users can view approved, rejected, or completed workflows in their history.
  • Since the workflows in the History tab are completed, no further actions can be taken on them.
  • Filtering and search features allow users to review workflows within a specific date range.
  • The workflow history can be reviewed to track the process flow and see which users were involved.

History of Workflows Started by User

The Jobs I've Started tab displays a list of workflows that the user has initiated but are now completed. This screen allows users to view and review the details of workflows they started. See History of Workflows Started by User documentation for more details.
