How are Fast Approve actions recorded in the system?

All Fast Approve actions are automatically logged in the workflow history, just like actions performed within the workflow form. The system records the user, action type (approve/reject), and timestamp.


Can a Fast Approve action be undone?

No, once a Fast Approve action is executed, it cannot be undone. However, if necessary, the workflow administrator can manually revert the status or take corrective actions.


What is Fast Approve and how does it work?

Fast Approve is a feature that allows users to complete assigned workflow tasks without opening the workflow form. If enabled by the developer, an ellipsis (...) button appears in the first column of the process detail list, allowing users to quickly approve or reject tasks directly.


Which processes support Fast Approve?
