Submitting a Draft

Steps:

  1. Go to the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
  2. Select the draft that needs to be submitted.
  3. Ensure all required fields are completed.
  4. Click "Submit" to finalize the process.
  5. The draft will be moved to the active workflow and processed accordingly.

Editing a Draft

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
  2. Locate the draft that needs editing.
  3. Click on the draft to open it.
  4. Make the necessary modifications.
  5. Click "Save" to update the draft or "Submit" to finalize and send it.

Saving a Form as a Draft

Steps:

  1. Fill in the form with the required information.
  2. Click the "Save as Draft" button.
  3. The form will be stored in the Drafts section.
  4. The draft can be accessed later for further editing or submission.

Deleting a Draft

Steps:

  1. Open the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
  2. Find the draft that needs to be deleted.
  3. Click on the trash/bin icon next to the draft.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  5. The draft will be permanently removed from the system.

Filtering Drafts

Steps:

  1. Open the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
  2. Use the search bar to find drafts by keyword.
  3. Click on the filter options to refine results based on date', 'process type', 'or status.
  4. Apply the selected filters to view relevant drafts.
