Submitting a Draft
Steps:
- Go to the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
- Select the draft that needs to be submitted.
- Ensure all required fields are completed.
- Click "Submit" to finalize the process.
- The draft will be moved to the active workflow and processed accordingly.
Editing a Draft
Steps:
- Navigate to the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
- Locate the draft that needs editing.
- Click on the draft to open it.
- Make the necessary modifications.
- Click "Save" to update the draft or "Submit" to finalize and send it.
Saving a Form as a Draft
Steps:
- Fill in the form with the required information.
- Click the "Save as Draft" button.
- The form will be stored in the Drafts section.
- The draft can be accessed later for further editing or submission.
Deleting a Draft
Steps:
- Open the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
- Find the draft that needs to be deleted.
- Click on the trash/bin icon next to the draft.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
- The draft will be permanently removed from the system.
Filtering Drafts
Steps:
- Open the "Drafts" section in the Workflow Management panel.
- Use the search bar to find drafts by keyword.
- Click on the filter options to refine results based on date', 'process type', 'or status.
- Apply the selected filters to view relevant drafts.
