Draft Workflows Initiated by User
The Drafts tab displays a list of workflows or standard forms that the user has started but not yet completed and saved as drafts. This screen allows users to access previously saved draft processes and complete them.
Using the Drafts Tab

Viewing Draft Processes:
- When the Drafts tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, a list of workflows saved by the user but not yet completed is displayed.
- The list shows the process name, save date, and process status.

Editing and Completing Drafts:
- Any draft in the list can be opened and edited.
- Users can update form information and complete the process.
- If needed, the saved draft can be re-saved as a draft or submitted as a new workflow.

Filtering and Searching Drafts:
- Specific drafts can be searched using the search bar at the top right.
- The list can be sorted by process name, save date, or status.

Deleting Drafts:
- Users can delete drafts if they are no longer needed.
- Once a draft is deleted, it cannot be recovered and is permanently removed.
Authorization and Usage Conditions
- Authorization: Users can only view and edit their own drafts.
- Draft Management: Draft processes can be edited or completed as needed.
- Deleting Drafts: Users can remove drafts that are no longer necessary from the system.
Related Notes
- Only the user who created a draft can view and complete it.
- The search bar can be used to quickly find specific drafts.
- Completed drafts move to the Pending Tasks or Jobs I've Started tab once submitted.
