Resetting a Forgotten Password​

Steps to reset your password if you've forgotten it.​

Steps:

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your email for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and enter a new password.
  6. Confirm the new password and save it.

Changing an Expired Password​

Steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. You will be prompted to change your password.
  3. Enter your Current Password.
  4. Type and confirm your New Password.
  5. Click Save to proceed.
  6. You will now be able to access your account.
