Why can't I process a workflow on behalf of another user?
You must have the Continue Flow on Behalf permission, and a valid delegation must exist between the two users for proxy processing to work.
Which permissions control Access Key visibility and usage?
To view access keys, users need Access Keys > List. To create, update, or delete access keys, they must also have Access Keys > Manage.
What permissions are required to define or manage delegations?
To manage delegations, users need Delegation > Manage permission. To simply view delegations, Delegation > List is sufficient.
Why is "System Access" permission required?
The "System Access" permission is necessary for a user to log into the system. It must be assigned together with the "Web UI Access" permission to enable full system entry.
What happens if a user has conflicting permissions in multiple groups?
The Deny permission always takes precedence over Allow. If a user is granted permission in one group but denied in another, the denial will override the allo
