Specifies the creation type for the delegation, indicating how it was generated or categorized.

Note

If creation type selected as Simple, it should used with BasedType enum. Simple creation type means this delegation or access token is givin for user or project based delegation. Scope will be calculated internally. If creation type selected as Advance, scope will defined before using request.
